Welcome to Richmond’s Premier Holiday Experience! Back by popular demand – The Santa Spot is returning this holiday season to provide Christmas magic for your entire family! We will be “popping up” with limited appointments – make sure to purchase your family ticket soon to secure your spot.

We can’t wait for you to see our new additions this holiday Season!

There are no lines or bored kids at The Santa Spot – no more hours of waiting in line trying to corral your children or having a hysterical child by the time you meet Santa. Instead, we allow a limited number of families into our space per hour – so your kids feel like they are getting special time with Santa all while they play and create inside our festive space. After your children are warmed up and having fun, they can hop on Santa’s lap for a traditional portrait – your family ticket will come with two professional Santa pics this year! Come visit us – you can check your Christmas card photo off your list while creating magical memories that will last for years. We look forward to seeing you!

The Experience

Skip the crowds, lines, and stress this holiday season and immerse your family in the North Pole at the Santa Spot. Our jolly Santa with his real beard takes time with each of his guests as they enjoy:

Decorating cookies in Mrs. Claus’ Bakeshop
Writing Christmas letters to send to the North Pole
Reading a book with Santa
Having milk and cookies with Santa
Decorating ornaments in Santa’s Workshop
One-on-one time and Photos with Santa

Delight in all this and more during your one-hour, interactive experience in a small group setting. Each family receives two family portraits with Santa taken by our professional photographer, along with other goodies and surprises for your little ones. Before departing, each child will have the chance to find their name on the Nice List.

Our 3 year old son LOVED his 2022 Santa Spot experience. Even though he didn’t know anyone there, he enjoyed seeing other kids, getting to design and eat a cookie and especially loved sitting on Santa’s lap to tell him his Christmas wishes (without waiting in a long line).
